lib/english/labels and lib/portuguese/labels now have the same number of lines. Comments, blank lines are aligned on both files and on the same line number. A duplicated key was detected (#4 ) and removed. Applet related keys and other keys no longer present on the lib/english/labels file were removed. Some already existing translations were reviewed and rewritten. ASCII format should be UTF, as of 2021 i18n best practices. i18n does not follow file naming and other conventions that would allow a better i18n tool support. For instance, labels file should have a .properties extension in order do activate the properties editor. Also, i18n tools could sort and match keys on different files.

Two utilities could help this task: a) sort and compare for other duplicate or missing keys and b) export portuguese phrases as a text, in order to review spelling and grammar using a word processor.
