Most of the time I want apps to remember their outputs, but for this project and chromecast ones, I want the opposite.
What happens currently, is I open some app and it remembers it was using pulseaudio-dlna, and starts outputting to my stereo.
This is almost never what I want, unless I manually specify it.
Is there any way to stop this happening by default ?
