Feature request: lua debug (adapter)

Hey there.

I was wondering if there's any interest in adding the Debug Adapter for lua.

According to microsoft's website there's two options:

• https://github.com/dibyendumajumdar/ravi-vscode-debugger
• https://github.com/actboy168/lua-debug

The project by actboy168 is much more popular (according to GitHub star count).

I'd like to request that lua-debug by actboy168 gets added, if possible.
