Can you please add sounds for the headings? #12

Hi, first of all congratulations on the addon. I tried adding the headers, adding this to the init.py file: controlTypes.ROLE_HEADING: "h1a.wav", However the sound is only played at header 1, and not always. Could you add something to manage them? Thanks.

I don't have enough knowledge on how to do this, so if someone wants to tackle this feel free to open a PR.
