With the recent resignation of our Senior Director of Philanthropy leaving MCA, we need to make several changes to our websites and references to her.

Besides her normal email and stuff, she's also on the website.

I deleted her door accesses and suspended her email in google admin. I didn't want to delete anything in google due to records retention, and I'm not sure of the process when someone leaves.

Yep, that’s correct below.

Also we delete her profile on the school website, and deactivate her accounts on the domain controllers at both campus.

The employee onboarding checklist is in the shared tech manual, and the process for terminations is essentially the reverse except we deactivate instead of delete when we may need to preserve data, which is only the Google and domain accounts. I’ll adjust the campus maps and phone directory later.
