We are having the captains meeting this week and we our responsible for updating, helping around the website and app features. We will need to provide a video and support for the smooth operation of the event.

I have an email drafted to go out Friday morning for several registration updates - to Michael Christopher that we cannot do on our end. I will cc Mr Abbott on this one. It contains all the individual wrangler changes (currently on a team) and then also resends to a few people that are not seeing the emails or missed them.

IT has been asked to run the lights, have a "help desk" setup in the northeast corner of the cafeteria with a sign for "iAngler App help", and to be ready and available starting at 4:30 Friday since doors open at 5pm.

Mr. Abbott will be available somewhere around 5-5:30 to assist. He has other things he has committed to, so I will be doing the early setup and handling anything that comes up before he arrives.
