Phone setup in room 201 (ext 702)

There is a need for a phone in the room off the elevator on 2nd floor upperschool, so Ms. Case and others can contact without having to leave her desk.

We realized at some point the phone supply at the north campus had been fully depleted. The phone that would have been used for the library has now been reconfigured for a teacher’s office. We’ll need at least one additional phone for room 201 and I propose that having at least one spare would be prudent.

Mr. Steer indicated he reached out on 10/3 to order the equipment. This will be a huge help to Ms. Case and working from that room.

Ms. Case sent a reminder letter today, 10/19 since no follow-up has been done and this is still not completed.

We have the phones and mounts now. We are waiting to have it installed and hooked up. Mr. Abbott can take care of this if he has time, or we can outsource this installation. After our PSAT testing is over, if things are not on fire, maybe that will be a good time for Mr. Abbott to handle, or if he's too busy, we should outsource to finish it.
