Senior Childhood Photos & Graduation Video #44

MCA community-wide email launched today. Currently we have 48 seniors:

Dear Senior Families,

It is that time of year when we reach out to senior parents to collect childhood photos of our current seniors. These childhood photos will be used for a slideshow presentation during the MCA Class of 2024 Graduation Ceremony. We would like to have 15-20 photos of your child to choose from, from infant through present. Thank you so much for your help in collecting these! It will help us make a very special presentation for the graduation ceremony!

To submit, please scan photos individually. The photos must be in .jpg or .png format and ATTACHED to the email, not inserted or embedded in the email. Please email all photos to gabbott@masonacademy.com.

The deadline for these is Monday, January 8th. Thanksgiving Break is a great time to look through old photos to make selections! Thank you for your assistance, and we can't wait to see these photos!

Please add information on what we do with the photos (store them on Google Shared drives, etc), any important dates to keep an eye on, and what are the main items we're responsible for in this and where they're located or going to be located.

I collect, rename and organize these pictures in my google drive as they flow in to me from parents. I begin producing the video in the spring after PM2. Graduation is on May 24th. I anticipate having the sample available to Mr. Hull by May 10th.

this is a really cool idea. Let me know if you want any help with this project. I know everyone will be excited to see it.

Pictures coming in slowly. I need to send a 'deadline' email out I suppose. So far, only three of forty-eight parents have submitted.

Told Gena I will make personal calls to parents who've not submitted photos on our return from break. I'll email them personally too.
