Good afternoon Mr. DeMasi,

Mr. Carlisi let me know about your sticky keys on your old phone. We recently received a couple new backup telephones Mr. Steer ordered for this very purpose, so yours was replaced today. Note that the ‘virtual voicemail box’ follows the equipment so your voicemail needs a simple setup. Simply dial 1000# from the phone and it will talk you through a basic setup. If you want assistance with that in the morning, just give me a ring. Happy to help.
