Registration system Bug #9

There was a list of people we realized that were using the same email during registration for multiple names. This caused issues with the site, and I'm working to resolve.

I've sent email to Christopher asking the best way to deal with and communicated with MP and DH so they're in the know.

Found a workaround after working with Christopher from iAnglerTournament. However, after following his suggestions, it's not clear whether it was successful. Calling again and doing some validation work today.
