PlsParse tries to read past the end of file #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on stations
2. Locate a station
3. Click on a listenable stream of a station

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the playback of a station. Instead, the app crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
branches/release_1.x on android emulator

Please provide any additional information below.
PlsParse tries "reader.readLine()" twice instead of using the "line" object for 
the parseLine call.
