Enhancement - Tapping thumbnail in story page should open the full size photo.

Thumbnails at the top of story pages are static. Often the image is relevant to 
the news item and viewers may wish to see it in larger detail.

The thumbnail should be conditionally made able to be "tapped".
If the thumbnail has a larger image, a subtle graphic indicator should be 
associated with the thumbnail. 
Tapping the thumbnail will open the full image in a viewing container over the 
story.
Tapping the full image or clicking the back button will return to the story 
page.
