the problem was with \poemtitle appearing inside \verse while it should go 
before.
This I fixed. However I realized that we do not actually use 'verse.sty' 
included in
SVN. I tried to include it and it conflicts with built-in latex 'verse' 
environment.

We need to either figure out how to use verse.sty or find an alternative way to
represent verse title.
