PyScripter will not run #514

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the program from the start menu after install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program to run but I get a dialog box saying:
Python could not be properly initialized: we must quit

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Professional x64
Just downloaded the PyScripter 2.4.1

See comments and advise in issue 460.  In 64bit Windows PyScripter currently 
only works if a 32bit Python is installed.

If you refer to the 64bit version of PyScripter this should be coming along 
later this year.

I am running windows XP32bit and i get the 
"python could not be properly initialized. we must quit"
any idea what i should do?
