Code completion for stand-alone literals #516

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter "Some string".
2. (Optional) Press CTRL+Space

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Code completion for stand alone literals is not shown.    

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyScripter 2.4.1, Python 2.7.1, WIN 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
