Summary tables aligned right #34

The tables that display summary data (such as recent posts in a forum, or user 
details on the Users page) have their contents aligned to the right which makes 
them difficult to read.

The headings at least should be aligned centre, and only some of the columns 
should be aligned right (such as times, dollar amounts, etc.). Things like 
average rating should be centred, and city should be left-aligned for clarity 
and consistency with other applications.

Blackbook and Cold Plain Style are only examples, every installation could 
customize a theme to adapt headings, text align and so on... but you are true 
in some cases they need a revision.
