[Bug]: A number of Menu items display labels and description as square symbols

Describe the bug

When I open modals in Preferences, Check for Updates and other menus, the text labels/descriptions are displayed as a series of empty squares (image below).

Installed using snap --dangerous

System: Kubuntu 23.04 KDE: 5.27.4 KDE Framework: 5.104.0 QT: 5.15.8 Kernel: 6.2.0 Graphics: X11

To reproduce

1. Go to Preferences or Check for Updates
2. Click on New Storage or Move Storage (any Modal opens with this issue)
3. See error

Tested in newer versions and this seems to be fixed.
