fix: improve ui spacing consistency #422

What kind of change does this PR introduce?

  1. Library tags was a bit too close to the upper left corner
  2. The space between Folders and the first folder icon was bigger than the space between Library and the Inbox icon
  3. Search was not centered vertically in the header
  4. Some incosistent spaces in the editor as the title being too close to the left border
