How to overwrite node and client default configuration file path #288

Add to the documentation a short explanation on how to overwrite the default value of the configuration file for both the node and the client.

For both applications, the environment variable is the same, MASSA_CONFIG_PATH, but it should be used with different values as both configuration files are different.
