No incoming IPv6 connections with fully routable node #4634

Fully routable, self hosted node (from binaries) under Ubuntu server 22.04.03 LTS, FTTH connection with both IPv4 & IPv6 static & public addresses. Can connect to IPv6 nodes but have zero IPv6 incoming connections. IPv4 incoming connections fully work instead. Noted this behavior since testnet, and switching to my IPv6 address under massa-node/config/config.toml did not solve the issue.

ITE, i discovered that it was a matter of configuration on my side and with some help i found out that my IPv6 connection is fully routable. However, a couple of thing:

it seems there are few IPv6 nodes / peers on massa network (but i might be wrong).
as a future feature request, would be nice to see the possibility to add both IPv4 & IPv6 addresses on massa-node/config/config.toml to use them simultaneously.
