Our current openrpc.json file is buggy in several way (and is broken for massa-web3 auto generation for example)

Validate openrpc.json using a json schema (is there is any)?
Validate API unit tests and validate with what is expected in openrpc.json file
- require parsing the openrpc.json file, extract the type information and check against the response types
