Required format for results upload to WQX #14

Placeholder issue to create a list of needs for data formatting of results intended for upload to WQX:

  1. Change any Characteristic Name entries in the results file from the Simple Parameter values to WQX Parameter in the params() file
  2. Add any extra columns not in the input file required for WQX upload, TBD
  3. Add extra rows to results file for entries in QC Reference value, this was first added to form_results() but it is not required for the QC checks.

For the third point, the new WQX output rows will take the value from the “QC Reference Value” column as their “Result Value” and have the Activity Types mapped as follows:
