Combine date/time columns with EST?
Strip weird characters from Result Unit, e.g., degree symbo
Replace AQL and BQL with appropriate value from dqo inputs
Create duplicate rows when QC Reference Value has an entry, the “new” row would have the same location, date, time, etc as the original but would have a new Activity Type (e.g. If original row was “Field Msr/Obs” then the new row for the QC data is “Quality Control Field Replicate Msr/Obs”
