巴西若干 BUG 修复 #63

  1. 修复 br-loteria-federal 缺失字段抛出 Drawing Error
  2. 延长请求超时为 30 s。减少失败概率
  3. 延长失败请求从 2s -> 5s。减少五次都失败概率

这个网站请求 504 的概率极高，而且和网络状况影响不大。
