Description The MassEnergize API getting started doc and Makefile script are specific to developers with Mac OS, and specific instructions are needed for Windows developers. (Three of the high school interns I am working with use Windows.

@boatengjephthah27 - I made some updates for Windows users. Since I think you made the doc I'd like you to check it out in branch Windows-updates and PR them.
