Update guest user and all users welcome email / on-site notification / profile page overhaul #555

Description With changes going into dev, a welcome email will be sent to guest users, which uses a postmark template. The content of the message should be improved.

The current email looks like this:

When users (guest or not) sign up they should receive a colorful, celebratory notification

For non-guest users

When they sign up: a more colorful email asking them to click link and finish their sign up. Then, when they fill in that form and click submit, and are truly "in".

  1. redirect to their profile page
  2. Put exploding confetti all over that screen
  3. add a dynamic image somewhere that shows that they already have impact. E.g., add "Welcome! You have already brought [name of community] closer to its climate goals" and show the HH engaged donut going up by one, or that HH engaged # "+ 1 (you!)".
  4. Add a graphic or words that invite them to browse and click done it or to do.

This could all be like a tour of the profile page.
