@abdullai-t - this isn't done yet. The screenshot shows upcoming events on Cooler Concord, which just includes a shared event:

The shared event is not included.
@BradHN1, on the admin site, were you logged in as a super admin or a community admin?
@BradHN1, would you want us to unify the list of events(my events and shared events) or keep the separation and add notification preference adjustment to the shared events?
In the Community Admin view, once you select an event as shared, it should show up in your community events. From that list you can add to your home page or adjust notification preferences.

Describe the issue Currently there is no way to adjust notification preferences for an event that your communityh has shared from another community, nor view the event data once your community has shared it.
Add the events that your community has shared to the All Events page to make this possible.
Part of confusion is that the page is called "Events - My Community" on the menu. It should just be called "All Events" to be consistent with All Actions, etc.
