Enable superadmins to set notification preferences for different communities hosting or sharing an event #1159
Describe the bug
Currently a superadmin can set the notification preferences just for the communithy bosting an event, and not the commujnties sharing it.
For Super admins, if an event has been hosted and shared, the dialog for setting notification preferences needs a pull-down to select which community those preference apply to. It can default to the hosting community. The pull down should list the hosting community, followed by the communities that have shared the event, in alphabetical order.
