Allow Community name to be longer than 25 characters #481

Today with the Fairmount-Indigo CDC Collaborative we bumped up against the length problem. 25 characters is prob not enoough for some use cases.

That is a mouthful. I question whether their members all refer to themselves as that? If they can't pick a shorter name, not hard to update that in the database. There are probably places where the community name shows up that might look odd if you have names up to longer than that.
