Add shared events to All Communities report #899

All Communities reports needs to add some columns to represent metrics around number of shared events.

EXAMPLE Wayland posts 3 events that are shared by 3 separate communities. Medfield posts 2 events shared by 2 additional communities. Fram is one of the communities sharing each event but other communities are unique. Calculate number of shares by: 5 shared events 13 shares = (3x3) + (2x2) 4 communities sharing 5 events

ANSWER Unique events offered throughout all ME communities. (5) A subset of that for those that are shared. (5 in this case, but less usually) Events offered to ME community at large. 5 events hosted and shared as 13 event posts = 18 events posted and available for ME Community at large.

ADD COLUMNS for each community in All Communities report

for summary metrics report, we need to add:

The events hosted vs shared to others vs shared by me data have peoblems.
