Cooler Communities logo on banner, linking to the "about" page, instead of the MassEnergize logo. To right of logo, "Carbon Saver" text - with a tagline (example: "Learn about the impact of actions you can take")

The Logo and linking to about page are done. What is missing is the "CarbonSaver - Learn about the impact of actions you can take"
