Improve text on home page when no events are displayed #1146

As a user, if I see on my community's home page this message:

"“No Upcoming events. See all events." then I am put off and confused.

Please remove the display of these words:

Featured

No upcoming events.

If no events were selected to be displayed then don't say “No upcoming events” but just have the button “see upcoming events”
