Remove Universal Analytics initialization #1263

Description Google Analytics no longer supports Universal Analytics. Keep the initialization of GA4.

Gauri Kapse from Commutatus suggested we change the initialization and made a PR - but it broke the analytics we currently have

Added a Google Tag Manager container, and also the gtag initialization for the user properties.
