Describe the bug

After the recent custom URL related bugfixes last week, the

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to community.massenergize.org/StowMA
Click on the Actions button
See the error - it doesn't go to the actions page, and the URL is wrong

Expected behavior

The URL using a relative URL should be communtiy.massenergise.org/subdomiain/actions but is is leaving out the '/subdomain'
