Actions page on Mobile Device - ToDo/Done banner hides the Cookie Acceptance #1421
On a mobile device, if you go directly to the actions page and you are signed in, but haven't accepted the cookies, there is no way to do so because the ToDo/Done banner covers the button.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
On android phone or iphone, go to massenergize.harvardmaclimateinitiative.org/actions which leads to their actions page
Sign in if you aren't already
Try to accept the cookies
See error
Expected behavior
The ToDo/Done banner should be behind the cookie acceptance banner.
