Incorrect thumbnail image in "This testimonial is related to..." #1424

Describe the bug

When viewing a testimonial, the related action is shown, but the thumbnail image is a picture of a leaf. It shoudl be the Action image.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a testimonial page, for example this
  2. See error

Expected behavior

This image should be the image for the action.
