Add translate feature for mobile users #147

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The translate feature is not available for mobile users. This will add the feature.

Additional context The current design does not have the translate feature on mobile widths.

We are going to see if we can get some UX work done related to this feature in the next few weeks.
