Autopopulate cities/municipalities in text field with entered ZIP codes (addresses) #152

Considering us folks on the inside deal with a lot of Massachusetts addresses--

When completing an address field in an Event, it would be nice to see a popular functionality featured on some sites, usually on billing pages:

When entering an address into a form, a user enters a ZIP code and the text field for a city is automatically populated.
