Thank you for your feedback. As we consider solutions we must keep accessibility and mobile readers in mind. Would you be able to provide an example of a page you are looking to make this feature on (please provide the URL)? This can help us understand your challenges. Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you so much for getting back to me. The page that we would be interested in adopting this for would be The Office of the Inspector General Fraud Hotline (https://www.mass.gov/how-to/oig-fraud-hotline). Please let me know if I can do anything to assist in this process.

Issue: Is it possible to adopt a fixed positioned sidebar, specifically for contact information? We would like to provide our readers with our number throughout the whole scrolling process. As the reader gains more information about the service, they can have access to the vehicle in which their request can be fulfilled. The page has a lot of specific necessary information, which in turn makes the page lengthy, and we do not want the user to have to scroll all the way to the top to be able to fulfill their request for information and exit the page.
Proposed Solution: Create a Scroll/Follow Sidebar on how-to pages. The placement of contact information is pretty limited in Drupal, while Contact information is one of the best ways we can provide individuals with the services we provide. There are solutions in both CSS and JavaScript.
