Feedback feature request: Get notified when a page or service family gets more than usual # of verbatim comments #188

I'd like to see a notification somewhere, either on the analytics dashboard or via email/text, when a page or service family I author or oversee is getting a significantly higher # of verbatim comments left on it, say over the period of a day or week.

Such an uptick could result from a suddenly broken link on a popular page, or a news event that drives people to a random page and surfaces a problem with that page.

Ideally, I'd be able to set the parameters (notify me if a sharp increase takes place over a day or week or a month). Would need to account for something like: a page usually gets 0 comments per day, but now has 1, so that would be a huge increase.

We have a content performance report that will let authors see this type of information now.
