Allow authors to add links to the "log in to" section in the header #194

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The "log in to" section in the header only contains a few global links. This is confusing when the link to my application isn't there. Lots of visitors click this and don't find what they want.

Describe the solution you'd like Authors should be able to add links to that section for specific pages or parts of the site.

Links may be defined in services and organization pages and they will soon be displayed.
