Flexible headings for how-to pages #208

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Please include the content type/s if applicable.

Would be useful to be able to have some flexibility with editing the headings in how-to pages, particularly "More Info."

Describe the solution you'd like What would you like to see added or changed? Why? Include any benefits, challenges, or considerations. This can be short and sweet.

Like the new service page template has flexible headings, it would be great if there could be flexibility in creating headings for the how-to pages to reflect the content they contain more accurately.

Additional context Add any other context, use cases, or screenshots about the feature request here.

Reference Include JIRA ticket number or ServiceNow ticket numbers that correspond to this issue.

Hi, can you add a comment to provide an example page URL and a description of what you would change the headings to be if you had this ability? That will help us understand how the current headings might not be working in certain cases. Thanks.

Hi Joe,

Of course. The Assistant IG expressed interest in changing the "More Info" heading on the how-to page to something like "What types of tips and complaints we handle":

Right now the "More Info" is kind of a catchall. I'd rather have the section there than not, but it might be more useful if it were a bit more customizable.
