Link images to external websites #217

Please allow either code or a feature to link images to external and internal webpages. This will allow for a more custom look and feel to certain webpages. Users could include custom links from JPGs or PNGs.

We can have linked images in the mosaics on org pages. Why not linked images in other content types (e.g., Information Details)?
