On Info Details pages, move "Related" links to the right of Overview, above Table of Contents #237

On Information Details pages, it would be very helpful if you could move "Related" links to the right of Overview section, above the Table of Contents. This would make it more noticeable on the initial page load, especially when there are many sections in the document and when the Table of Contents is expanded.

This would also allow Related links to be at the top for pages that use the Visual Story Template, making them more accessible to readers who may not get read to the bottom of the page.

The problem with this request is that sometimes the overview is very short and then the right column could be long, leaving a lot of blank space in the main content area before the table of contents. But if there is no table of contents for the page, then we can look to see if we can pull the right column content up to the right of the overview. It would be best to have either a long overview and no sections, or a very short overview (or no overview) and sections.

Hi Joe,

That makes sense. I did not realize the sidebar was tied to the heights of the main body content for info details. I like the Info datils pages, but sometimes the simplicity of the service details pages is nice.

I would welcome the option to move it up on pages that do not display the table of contents. This would be helpful for pages like this for my monthly newsletter - https://www.mass.gov/info-details/cz-mail-may-2023

Thanks, Joe

We are working on an effort to move the right column up when there is no table of contents.
