We would like to be able to automate the upload/replacement of documents within Drupal. For example, every Monday morning we manually replace a PDF with a new version. Someone has to remember to do this, and if the person who regularly does this is on vacation, we have to make sure someone else knows how to do this -- and remembers to do it. This file is produced by other agency staff each week and is placed in a shared network folder. We could store it in OneDrive, say, and an automated task (like a Windows Scheduled Task) could be set up to look for the file in that location and replace an existing content item with that.
