I'd like to be able to feature the Secretary in the same way you can for an elected official, with a photo on a General Org subtype that links to a person content type on the Secretary

My team wanted to highlight Secretary Tutwiler like the Governor's page does as part of our comms strategy to help put a face to the name so Massachusetts knows who their Education Secretary is.

I would rather not bend the rules/go against intended use to fulfill my team's request - I had to make our org an official and I'd prefer to keep it a General Org subtype and follow the rules. I also want to note, making it so someone can download his headshot with his bio is helpful for event requests.
