Add more bullet styles, such as upper and lowercase letters #278

I'd like to see more bullet style options for numbered lists. I see that you can change bullet styles when you're creating numbered lists with sub levels, but for the top level list items I'd like to be able to use A, B, C and/or a, b, c, etc.
