Requirements to consider: Organizations are required to post their regulations on their org pages. Often, they also direct users to advisories to reduce calls and questions to their office. Organizations may have a large amount of regulatory / advisory / decision content. Sometimes there are different types of advisories or decisions. It may be helpful to allow authors to create sub groups of content: for example a link to a list of all boards decisions, or a list of all directives about X topic

This would be a great feature. In DPH, we encounter this a lot. Our current work-around has been to create service pages to house all this content, such as: https://www.mass.gov/about-the-board-of-registration-in-pharmacy

However, people sometimes don't look there for regulations and end up not finding them, as evidenced by user feedback.

In a related note, I recently had a request to post an advisory and have it appear in the news section of numerous Board pages.

In order to do this, I created an advisory page for the actual advisory, and then I created a news item where I linked to the advisory.

Advisory News item

I feel creating the news item is a redundant step. The news page is basically all but empty except for the link.

I was wondering if there could be an option to have advisories appear directly in news sections of org pages, instead of creating an extra page that just serves as a link. If there was also a dedicated advisory section on org pages, as mentioned above, that could help too.

A new user feedback regarding difficulty finding regs:

10/11/2018 | No | Board of Registration in Dentistry | As I have been using this website for numerous years, I am finding it very difficult to get to all of the 234 regulations. You used to be able to click on one link to get to all sections of 234 and now you have to search for everything.

A new user feedback regarding difficulty finding regs:

10/16/2018 | No | Board of Registration in Nursing | why is it so hard to find the regulations on the main page?

This was implemented with the org page design changes.
