Method 1 Not working on Windows #407

Method 1 It times out in a few seconds (Reading Web Response...).

I cannot screenshot since this all happens in less than 3 seconds! But it seems it downloads some bites, the Powershell window flickers then the command cancels itself.

Managed to copy this response which happens then the command times out

(Method 2 worked. Thanks. I was used to Method 1 working).
