Popup to Renew Office Word Everytime I open application

Hi, I keep getting the popup to renew subscription when I open word. I was looking to turn off notification but I can't seem to manually find one. Is the popup and notification to very license normal? Or do I need to uninstall and then reinstall using MAS?

why didn't you mention MAS was crashing?

what antivirus are you using?

Nord threat protection. The activation status page said ohook was installed and active. And opening word was working but the pop ups appear every time

@gjacks1 Pause your antivirus and try ohook script again. Let me know if it's still not working.

After pausing antivirus MAS is still crashing

try to run the script in different i mean download the zip from github this is weird but yeah it will work make sure to disable the antivirus before extracting

Open PowerShell as admin and enter

Get-WmiObject -Namespace "root\SecurityCenter2" -Class AntiVirusProduct

I tried that yesterday after checking closed issues (#415). Found another antivirus installed on computer when Nord was installed called RAV. Deleted it and redid Pwshell process today. No more popups. Thanks for the assist.
